	Parasail Safety Council FOUNDER Impassioned with the sport of (para-sailing) since the age of 16. Mark McCulloh is an accomplished inventor, motivational speaker, entrepreneur and founder of the Parasail Safety Council. His 33 + year carrier within the parasailing industry are broad in scope ranging from innovative product designs, manufacturing applications, operational safety guidelines and procedures. His operational techniques and guidelines continue to advance parasailing safety and have set the standards by which all operators follow.

	Our Mission The Parasail Safety Council is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1998 with a mission to raise the safety standards of commercial parasailing with a focus on education, certification and self-regulation. Simply put, we will continue our efforts to support professional operators who choose safety over profit and promote parasailing in a responsible safe manner.
